● Wrong/ Defective Item Policy On very rare occasions, we humans do make mistakes. Please contact us and we will take care of it right away! We reserve the right to request photos of the wrong/defective item for all defective/wrong items please start a damage claim by contacting us with the subject line: Defective/wrong item claim & ORDER ID

● Provide clear photos of the wrong/defective item and a copy of the original invoice.
